Where Sabre Guarding Limited processes CCTV images or other security data solely on behalf of a customer, the customer may be the controller and Sabre Guarding Limited may act as processor.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that surveillance undertaken at their Sites is lawful and that appropriate signage and notices are displayed where required, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
